Payce

Terms

Version 2026-10-28 · in force from 28 October 2026

1. Who we are, and this agreement

Payce is run by Georgy Kikvidze, trading as Shynekrystal, KVK 99643138, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“we”). These Terms are the agreement between you and us for the Payce app and the pages it shares. You accept them when you sign in — “By continuing you agree to the Terms” — and the app records which version you accepted. Our Privacy Notice says what we do with your data.

2. What Payce does

Payce shows what you have left to spend this week, after your bills, your savings goals and the occasional costs your cycle sets aside. You can feed it by typing your balances, income, bills and spending, or by connecting your bank on a paid plan. It also tracks your goals, budgets, loans and investments, and lets you share a wishlist.

3. Read-only, and never your money

4. Not advice

Payce’s figures are arithmetic on what you and your bank tell it: a weekly allowance, a budget, whether a goal can be reached by its date. They are estimates, and they are only as right as the data behind them. Nothing in Payce is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The investment tracker shows the value of the positions you enter at market prices; it never recommends buying, selling or holding anything. The decisions are yours.

6. Plans

Free has every feature, fed by what you type. Pro and Max add bank connections, which keep your figures current on their own.

How accounts are counted. Every account your bank returns and Payce keeps counts as one: each IBAN, each currency of a multi-currency account, each card, and each pocket or savings space your bank reports as an account. What you keep by hand — cash, a typed balance, stated savings, assets — never counts. When one connection brings more accounts than your plan has room for, the app keeps current accounts first, then savings and pockets, then cards, and the rest are not stored. To swap one, remove an account and connect again.

7. Subscriptions

8. When a subscription ends, or you move to a lower plan

9. Shared wishlists

A wishlist you share can be opened by anyone with its link, and shows only what you put on it. You are responsible for what you share. Visitors can reserve a thing by typing a name; they must not type anything unlawful or abusive, and we may remove what is. You can stop sharing a list at any time.

10. Using Payce fairly

Don’t use Payce for anything unlawful; try to reach anyone else’s account or data; probe, overload or interfere with the service; take its data by automated means; or copy or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows you to.

11. Other services Payce relies on

Your bank, Enable Banking, Apple, Google and our market-data sources each run their own services. A bank may stop sharing data or share it late; prices may be delayed or missing. When that happens Payce says so rather than guessing, but we can’t promise what those services do.

12. Changes to Payce

We keep improving Payce, and features may change. We don’t take away what a paid plan includes — the bank accounts it connects — while a period you paid for is running. If we ever close Payce, we tell you at least 30 days before.

13. Liability

We build Payce with care, but we can’t promise it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using its figures.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the rights the law gives you as a consumer — including your right to a service that conforms to what we promised.

14. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Payce at any time, and delete your account in Settings → Delete account; that deletes your data as the Privacy Notice describes. Deleting your account cancels a Google Play subscription; an App Store subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings, so cancel it first.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these Terms or the law, telling you why where we can.

15. Changes to these Terms

Each version carries its date at the top. When we change these Terms, the app asks you to accept the new version before you carry on. If you don’t want to, you can delete your account instead.

16. Law and disputes

Dutch law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and may bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first — most things are quicker to put right directly.
