How we handle your email
- Who: Payce is run by Georgy Kikvidze, trading as Shynekrystal (KVK 99643138), Amsterdam, the Netherlands — privacy@paycemobile.com.
- What: your email address, and when you added it.
- Why: to email you when Payce is out, and if the launch date moves. Nothing else, and never for advertising. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Who handles it for us: Cloudflare runs this page and keeps the list, stored in the EU. The launch email goes out through Cloudflare or another email delivery service acting for us; none of them may use your address for anything else. Cloudflare is a US company, and any processing outside the EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- How long: we delete the list within 30 days after the launch email goes out — or your address straight away, if you unsubscribe or ask us to.
- Your rights: unsubscribe with the link in any email, or write to us to see, correct or delete your address. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority, or the authority where you live.
- This page sets no cookies and has no analytics or trackers.
